John W Shafer, executive secretary of the Albany New York Post Office Board of Examiners, and Miss Ann Marie O'Brien, a secretary, tote an armload of forms for use in recruiting new substitute mail handlers to serve in Albany, Schenectady and Troy. The job, which pays a starting wage of $2.16 per hour, is open to those who apply at the post office by June 1.
