1966 Press Photo Traffic Blocked From Pine Street; Hand-Painted Sign Warns Dogs

...blocks traffic from using Pine Street, where various itinerants caused problems, residents claim. The hand-painted sign originally referred only to one dog which is kept in a backyard (the S was added later by peoples unknown).
