1964 Press Photo US Customs agent with confiscated weapons from boat in Florida

Cuba (Arsenal confiscated from exiles). Key West Florida. United States Customs agent looks at arsenal of small arms seized on a 30-foot charter boat at Sugar Loaf Key. The five men aboard the boat were held for questioning. The arsenal consisted of 12 automatic rifles, homemade bombs, hand grenades and a .20 millimeter cannon. A state department official said the men, four of them Cuban exiles, were apparently bound for another raiding mission.
