Flamingos. Vernal necking is in order - New York . . . It seems that a flamingo's fancy also lightly turns to thoughts of love in the spring. This flamingo boy and girl met at the Bronx Zoo yesterday when the birds, who hail from Chile, were let outdoors for the first time this season. They didn't waste any time about beginning their necking . . . and they're well equipped for it.
