Robberies - Brink's. These official police pictures were made in reenactment of the Brink's, Incorporated, robbery as police put together the various clues that brought about solution of the crime, the nation's biggest cash robbery. The men tied up are those who were working on that fateful night, January 17, 1950. In top picture are Thomas B. Lloyd, foreground, and Charles S. Grell. In lower picture are James C. Allen, left foreground, and Sherman D. Smith, extreme right. Top picture shows work benches in room where holdup occurred and bottom picture shows vault at the other end of the room.

Photo is dated 1956.
