Los Angeles, May 28 -- Loser in Los Angeles Mayoral Race -- Councilman Thomas Bradley, the ex-policeman who took an unexpected loss yesterday in his race to become mayor of Los Angeles, tells newsmen the key factor in his defeat was "the blatant appeal to racial prejudice." Mayor Sam Yorty won a third term with about 53 percent of the vote.
