Vietnam - General. A school dormitory in Gia Nghia, capital of Quang Duc Province, South Vietnam, is one of many civilian projects in which the United States is taking part. Here George Gaspard, representative of USOM (US Operations Mission) in the province. watches brick-making for the dormitory, where children from remote jungle hamlets will be housed. USOM is supervising construction and contributing bricks and roofing.
