Aviation - Civil Air Patrol. Future pilots of Civil Air Patrol - Among the 130 Civil Air Patrol cadets now training at McChord Air Force Base are Ted Hines of Kent, Delmar L. Fanning of Seattle, and James R. Dillman of Kent. The cadets will spend nine days at McChord touring the installation and flying on Air Force aircraft.
