Hearst. Albany, New York. Mrs. William Randolph Hearst, wife of the noted publisher, who has been long identified with the Free Milk Fund For Babies, is seen here with Governor Herbert H. Lehman, at the luncheon in the Ten Eyck Hotel, here, at which was launched the campaign to increase consumption of milk, and to establish the dairy industry on a more stable basis. The Governor and Mrs. Hearst are drinking a toast to the success of the campaign, for which the legislature has appropriated a fund of $1,500,000.
