Phosphate feeder - Phosphate , one of three essential components of scarce chemical fertilizers, pours off Goodyear conveyor belting at a mine near Fort Meade, Florida, where the material is processed before shipment to fertilizer manufacturers. More than two miles of the Goodyear belting is used at the U.S. Steel-Freeport joint venture facility operated by U.S. Steel's Agri-Chemicals Division.
