The 7th annual March in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Students from Loyola University, Xavier, Tulane, and students from elementary and high schools throughout the New Orleans area participated. Despite people, almost 700 strong, the march was very orderly with police escorts. An overall picture showing hundreds of points of lights a the beginning of the march in on the campus of Loyola University.
