Martin B. McKneally, Newburgh, New York, newly-elected commander of the American Legion, raises his arm in victory today as retiring commander, Preston J. Moore, Stillwater, Oklahoma, smiles broadly. McKneally, a lawyer, has held several Legion posts and served as a member of its foreign relations commission. He is a 44-year-old bachelor.
