Two sisters, both refugees from Cuba, were reunited yesterday when Anna Marie Alvizuri, 75, arrived in Miami on the second Cuban refugee flight. She was greeted by her 70-year-old sister, Fernandina, who left Cuba a few years ago and has been living in Miami.
