New York lawyer James Donovan greeted by Manuel Arca in Florida. James B. Donovan, New York lawyer who negotiated the release of the Cuban invasion prisoners, returned on the last plane with the final group of prisoners. Greeted as he landed here by Manuel Arca, who represented the family group for liberation of the POW's. Brigadier General J.J. Catton, who read a letter from President Kennedy commending Donovan for his great job in the liberation.
