Cuban exiles display signs asking aid from the Organization of American States (OAS) to rid their homeland of Communism during a demonstration outside a downtown Miami hotel tonight. The crowd gathered outside the hotel where Dr. Jose A. Mora of Uruguay, OAS secretary-general, was being honored as 1960 Man of the Year by the Interamerican Alliance Inc., a local Miami organization. The exiles also cheered for President Kennedy following his speech earlier today.
