Prince Juan Carlos de Borbon, the designated successor to General Francisco Franco as Chief of State, gets a salute from General D. Mariano Cuadra Medina, commander of the Spanish air force. Both visited Franco Wednesday after the ailing Chief of State was hospitalized in Madrid Tuesday.
