Examining a sample of shells from the Black bay area at a meeting of the oysters, water bottoms and seafood division of the Louisiana Wild Life and Fisheries Commission are, from left, John J. A boom for the oyster industry was indicated today if preliminary surveys of clam shell plantings in Louisiana waters are borne out by late tests.
