Among the many musical stars to participate in the "Gala Premiere" of the Cultural Attractions Fund, February 19 at Municipal Auditorium are basso Cesare Siepi, conductor Andre Kostelanetz, and soprano Donna White. Siepe appears in costume for "Don Giovanni," which he will sing with the New Orleans Opera House Association February 23 and 25. The. Cultural Attractions Fund event will be a free concert at 8 p.m. to introduce to the public participating organizations in the fund. Tickets are available through Fund offices at Gallier Hall.
