1958 Press Photo Library, City Officials Plan "Fines Forgiveness Week"

"Fines Forgiveness Week" will be observed by the public libraries in Orleans, Jefferson and St. Bernard Parishes beginning Sunday. Any overdue book returned to a library agency from Sunday through Saturday, March 22 will be accepted without fine as a special inducement to patrons to return all books, even those withdrawn years ago.
