New Orleans' Mardi Gras better be good this year, for a gentleman from Gascony, hungry for the Mardi Gras of Southern France is in town as a witness, with his friends. He is Jean Murat (seated at right), the Ronald Coleman of France. Others are, from the left, Arthur Loew, head of Loew's, Incorporated, Mrs. Arthur Loew, and Louis Chatain, also of France. The group arrived here today at the Roosevelt Hotel.
