Holllywood, November 20 - Wedding rites ahead - Jack Linkletter, son of Art Linkletter of radio and television fame, and his bride-to-be, Miss Barbara Hughes, apply here yesterday for a marriage license. They've set December 21 as the date and will be married at Oneonta Congregational Church in South Pasadena. Miss Hughes is a teacher in Beverly Hills.
