Hollywood, April 12 - "Hi, everybody" - With a cheery wave of his hand, Scott Anthony Lewis, 6-1/2 weeks old, poses for his first picture with his parents, comedian Jerry Lewis and his wife, Patti. The baby, who picked Washington's birthday to make his entrance into the world, is the Lewises' third son.
