1950 Press Photo Commander of Pacific Atomic Weapons Tests Air Force Units

2/7 Washington: Major General Robert M. Lee (above) was named today as commander of the Air Force units which will take part in the new atomic weapons tests at Eniwetok Atoll in the Pacific. General Lee is commanding officer of the tactical air command at Langley Field, Virginia.
