U.S. to honor Brazil officer Major General George A. Horkin, quartermaster general, USA, will present Major General Carlos G. Cova, quartermaster general of the Brazilian army, with a special award at ceremonies at 6 p.m. today in the officers club at Camp Leroy Johnson. General Cova is in New Orleans on the last leg of a nation-wide tour to study methods, procedure, training programs and equipment used by the United States Quartermaster Corps.
