Billie Sue Lombardo Westwego girl tied for contest winner Miss Billie Sue Lombardo of Westwego tied for first place in competition this past week as outstanding junior auxiliary member at the annual state convention of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Miss Lombardo, 15-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Lombardo of 357 Avenue B, Westwego, is a student at West Jefferson High School.
