Sister Elizabeth Kenny, discoverer of infantile paralysis cure. Sister Elizabeth Kenny, discoverer of a successful treatment for infantile paralysis, was to speak at the afternoon session. Well known out-of-town doctors are on the four-day program. Dr. H. Theodore Simon, president of the Assembly, gave the address of welcome at the opening session at 10 a.m., and about 1500 physicians are expected to attend.
