New officers of the Social Welfare Planning Council are, from left, Mrs. Simon K. Marx, vice-president; Frederick A. Kullman, president, and Captain Robert Nichols, treasurer. Frederick A. Kullman has been renamed president of the Council of Social Agencies after a re-organization meeting in which the group obtained a new name-Social Welfare Planning Council. The re-organization of the council and adoption of new by-laws and charter were completed yesterday at a membership meeting in International House.
