Gerhardt T. Kramer Tulanian to visit Europe Kramer one of 12 chosen in U.S. for museum inspection One of 12 museum people selected from the entire United States, Gerhardt T. Kramer, associate in architecture in the Department of Middle American Research at Tulane University, will sail from New York September 5 to spend a month inspecting German and Austrian museums as the guest of The Oberlander Trust of Philadelphia, part of the Carl Schurz Memorial Foundation, Incorporated. A formal invitation to this effect reached Mr Kramer Friday and was accepted immediately. The Oberlander Trust, according to its secretary, Wilbur K. Thomas "has as its objective the utilization of the experience of the German-speaking peoples in fields that bear upon American problems."
