Seabee artist - Joseph Krauss, Carpenter's Mate Third Class, USNR, of 4221 Elba Street, New Orleans, Louisiana, is a cartoonist for "Shore Lines," bi-monthly publication of the 39th U.S. Naval Construction Battalion at a Mid-Pacific base. Krauss has had considerable experience as a lobby display artist for New Orleans theatres prior to entering the service.
