Orleans Family At Bedside As Cadet Fights For Life. Benjamin Harrison Horner, Junior, New Orleans air cadet was still unconscious but was reported to be "very much improved" as a Jasper, Alabama hospital this afternoon. His parents were at his bedside. A sister, Mrs. Edward Lea of New Orleans, spoke with her mother by telephone this afternoon, and learned that Horner, was suffering from a basal fracture of the skull and pneumonia, but that the pneumonia apparently was well in hand.
