Bruce Hopping, 30, holds his bad conduct discharge papers as he talks to newsmen on arrival here from Los Angeles. Hopping, who has a knack for needing the Navy in general and Admirals in particular, was given the discharge following a court martial in Honolulu, the ex-seaman, who will resume his duties as vice president of the Riley-Admirals on behalf of enlisted men.
