1954 Press Photo Army Advisors Colonels Graham & Morrison Meet in New Orleans

Colonel Samuel S. Graham, senior army advisor of the Louisiana Military District to the Reserve, meets Colonel deLessups S. Morrison, provisional camp commander of the Annual Unit Reserve Encampment Number 1 and commanding officer of the 377th Port Command Battalion, at the beginning of the encampment and welcomes him into active duty at Camp Leroy Johnson on 12 July 1954.
