4/15 Memphis: Bike riding bank bandit suspect handcuffed at Memphis. Harry Glotfelter, 27, surrendered to FBI after returning home from Kansas City bank scene where he was thwarted in bank robbery attempt, firing wildly during his short-lived freedom.
