"Purgees" defeat neutrality revision Washington, D.C. - The Senate Foreign Relations Committee on July 11th voted to postpone consideration of the neutrality legislation until the next session of Congress. Senator Walter F. George, a Democrat of Georgia, (left) and Senator Guy M.
