Two retiring federal civil service employees of the New Orleans Army Terminal, Alfred D. Haydel, left, and Robert M. Floyd, center, presented department of the Army certificates of achievement by Colonel Francis J. Goatley, commanding officer of the terminal. The retirement ceremony climaxed over Eighteen years of Government service for Mr. Floyd and over sixteen years for Mr. Haydel.
