1946 Press Photo Judge Charles V. Gonzales takes oath of office, William Seeber

Judge Charles V. Gonzales, right, takes the oath of office as one of the judges of the First City Court. Swearing him in is Judge William Seeber, also of First City Court. Judge Gonzales was recently appointed by Governor Davis after a preferential primary. Mrs. Gonzales draped the new judge's robes around his shoulders.
