Carolyn Goodwin, 19, of Denison, Texas, is shown beneath an auto to inspect motor mounts before installing a rebuilt motor in a late model car. She is the only girl enrolled in an auto mechanics course offered by Grayson County College. Mrs. Goodwin, whose husband is on the aircraft carrier enterprise professes an avid interest in cars and what makes them go. "My father-in-law is a mechanic and I help him a lot and I just picked up that habit."
