Lieutenant Colonel Fred A. Pelumbo, Professor Military Science and Tactics at Tulane University today announced the appointment of Cadet Lt. Col. Norbert D. Grabowski, seated right, 3738 Bruxelles Street, New Orleans, Louisiana, as Battle Group Commander of the Army Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) for the 1957-1958 school year. Cadet Grabowski will command approximately 320 ROTC Cadets who compose the four companies of his group. he was recently chosen the outstanding cadet of the 1957 ROTC Summer Encampment at Fort Eustis, Virginia.
