1940 Press Photo W.Prescott Foster with wife & daughter return to New Orleans

W. Prescott Foster, acting chairman of the Louisiana delegation to the Democratic National Convention, returned to New Orleans today on the Panama Limited with Mrs. Foster and their daughter Miss Fairfax Foster. Mr. Foster said that an eye would be kept on the parallel between the Democratic platform plank on sugar and the actions of the Democratic administration, but added that he spoke only for himself.
