Arthur B. Foye, newly elected President of the American Institute of Accountants is senior partner of Haskins & Sells. The firm has 27 offices in the United States, one of which is located in this city. Mr. Foye is also President of the Far East-America Council of Commerce and Industry, the New York University Alumni Association and the Accountants Club of America. He is Vice President of the American Asiatic Association and a member of the National Board of the Young Men's Christian Association.
