Tulane's Jack Fletcher catches up with Cincinnati's Steve Collier (31) and knocks the ball away on a Bearcat fast break Saturday. One of many defensive gens turned in by Tulane as Coach Roy Danforth installed anew defense, the Shell, for the game with Clacy. Defense was the key in the Green Wave's 78-75 win over the No.2 ranked Bearcats at the Superdome.
