Press Photo Producer Jo Franklin-Trout, Creates Series on Saudi Arabia for PBS

West Meets Middle East - A series of three issue-oriented documentaries focusing on Saudi Arabia will air on consecutive Tuesdays beginning April 27, 8:00-9:00 PM ET on PBS. The producer of this unprecedented series is Jo Franklin-Trout, a former senior Washington producer for "The MacNeil/Lehrer Report." Ms. Franklin-Trout visited every major region of the country and interviewed Saudi Arabians from every walk of life, including many top government officials who had never before consented to being recorded on film.
