Governor Harry Earle, of Pennsylvania, left, and Governor Richard W. Leche of Louisiana delivered the main addresses at the closing session of the Louisiana Police Jury Association Friday in Nachitoches. Governor Leche divided a 20 minute address between a discussion of the tax to be considered at the forthcoming special session of the Legislature and President Franklin D. Roosevelt's plan for enlargement of supreme court, which he endorsed. Governor Earle also spoke in support of the Roosevelt court plan, basing his address on The Philosophy of Government.
