Reappointed as city attorney Monday was Henry B. Curtis, right, shown as he was administered the oath of office by Judge Luther E. Hall of civil district court. Curtis was appointed by Mayor Morrison and confirmed by the new commission council at its first meeting. Curtis and Judge Hall are former law partners, served with the Washington Artillery on the Mexican border in 1916 and attended the University of Paris together in 1919.
