Austin, Texas--March of Dimes Poster Child and Governor--Donna Dill, 4, had a kiss for Gov. John Connally when she met him Tuesday. Donna, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Hill of Hillsboro, is the 1966 March of Dimes "Poster Girl" for the State of Texas. Gov. Connally officially proclaimed January as March of Dimes Month in Texas.
