Round To Remember - Exploding from a trap on the 12th hole at Pebble Beach is Homero Blancas en route to the most unusual round of the opening day of the U.S. Open. the round included six birdies on the font nine (but none on the back), a triple bogey and a double bogey. After an opening 74, however, Homero came back to a share of the midway lead with a 70 for a total of 144 after two rounds Friday.
