1937 Press Photo Conductor Arthur Zack Welcomes Rose Bampton to New Orleans

Rose Bampton, Metropolitan Opera Star, who has recently had a successful concert tour of Europe, arrived here last night for her concert with the New Orleans Civic Symphony Orchestra, Tuesday night. Arthur Zack, conductor of the orchestra welcomes her to the city. She is anxious to do some antique shopping here before returning to New York.
