At the "Silver Quill Dinner", held annually in the Sheraton-Parkhotel, Washington, D.C., which is sponsored by the American Business Press. Over 2000 persons attended, including Vice President Hubert H. Humphrey, Senators, Congressmen, Ambassadors, and business leaders from all over the country. Mt. Thomas Watson Jr., Chairman of the Board of IBM was the recipient of the Silver Quill Award. Pictured from left to right: Mt. J. Thomas Campbell with Mrs. B.
