The Earl of Athlone, uncle of King George VI of England, and Governor-General of Canada, is shown (right) with his wife, Princess Alice, and U.S. Chief of Protocol George T. Summerlin, shortly after the Earl and his Princess arrived here to weekend with President Roosevelt.
