And watching, the man who was once he arch villain of the Great Depression, only recently resurrected in the public esteem.There are three Presidents and one president-to-be on the platform, lost in their own private thoughts as they stand at attention for the Star-Spangled Banner. Herbert Hoover, Harry Truman, Dwight Eisenhower and Richard Nixon. But between the last three there is a wordless animosity, the bitter aftertaste of politics.
